Clientl is a fashion stylist subscription platform connecting stylists and clients. We provide a space for stylists to showcase their work, share exclusive fashion content, and offer tiered subscription services to their clients.

2. Account Requirements

By using Clientl, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • All registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
  • Your use of the service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Stylist Accounts

Stylists can offer services through three standard tiers: Essential, Elevated, and Luxe. Stylists are responsible for the content they create and must ensure they have all necessary rights to any intellectual property shared on their profile.

4. Client Accounts

Clients can subscribe to stylists to access exclusive content and services. Subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Content Rules

You agree not to post any content that is:

  • Offensive, illegal, or discriminatory.
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harmful to the security or integrity of the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

6. Subscription Terms

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Billing is handled through your Apple ID account.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Settings → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
